Sevastopol privately owned enterprise "VALM" was established in 1991. The owner and the manager is Vasiliy Mesheryanov, has a diploma of Mechanical Engineer. Since 1991 "VALM" has been working as ship repairing enterprise, which staff includes only highly-qualified specialists: engineers, technicians and shipbuilding workers. The main kind of activity consists of repairing and building of sea going crafts and river boats and vessels of different kinds of complexity, including dockyard repairing and reclassification.
During 19 years we repaired more than 100 vessels: tankers, cargo and cargo-and-passenger ships, floating cranes, ferryboats, towboats and warships. Our rich experience and high qualification of our engineering-technical staff, highly-equipped production facilities, berths and workshop, equipped for all kinds of repairing, permit to control ship-repairing in different stages with any customer. During our activity we gained a lot of constant clients as "Transperto Volga" (Moscow), Yalta Commercial Seaport, Baku Steamship Line, Sevastopol Commercial Seaport, Kerch Commercial Seaport, Marine Hydrophysical Academy, Evpatoria Commercial Seaport, "Volgotanker" enterprise (Samara) and many other.
